Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?

Yes we do. A great way to bundle and save is to buy multiple packs. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

EmilyKate is located in the Northern Rivers of NSW and once dispatched, your order should take approximately 5-7 business days for Australia-wide deliveries. If for some reason after 14 working days you have not received your cards please email as at hello@emilykate.com.au and we will endeavour to help you as best we can. 

What are your payment options?

Here at EmilyKate we accept secure credit card payments including Visa and Mastercard using Stripe.

I received cards that I did not order. Help!

Sorry about that! Here at Emilykate we strive to provide you with the correct order however we are only human and do sometimes make mistakes. Please double check your order form to make sure we definitely did send you the wrong cards and if we did please email us at hello@emilykate.com.au straight away and we will be more that willing to send out the correct cards immediately with a return package for the incorrect cards you received. 

Do you do custom design orders?

EmilyKate is just beginning their boutique paperie journey so unfortunately at this time we are not doing custom design orders however watch this space and follow us on social media to keep up to date with our new designs that become available. 

Can my card I purchase be posted directly to someone?

What a beautiful idea. We would love to be able to do this for you. Please on payment leave us a message which needs to include your card message and shipping address.  

What is your return policy?

Cards must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email hello@emilykate.com.au with your order number and reason why you are returning the cards promptly. If it is due to damaged cardstock, please take a picture and include this in your email. Once we have approved your return we will send you the details for postage. You will be responsible initially for the shipping costs until we receive the cards. Once the cards are received in original condition, the shipping costs will be credited back to you. 

Note: there are no returns on sale cards, personalised cards or special orders.
